How to build self confidence to overcome people pleasing

I know most of us struggle with self-confidence and people pleasing. It's easy to get caught up in seeking validation from others and comparing ourselves to others, which can lead to feelings of inadequacy and self-doubt. The good news is that with visualization, spiritual practice, and a commitment to personal growth, you can overcome your deepest fears and create an inner self-confidence that is no longer dependent on anyone else. Learning to take risks, trust your instincts, and pursue your passions is possible when you cultivate a strong sense of self-confidence.

Self-confidence is an essential ingredient in achieving personal growth and success. It empowers us to take risks, trust our instincts, and pursue our passions. However, many of us struggle with feelings of inadequacy and self-doubt, which can hold us back from reaching our full potential. If you're one of those people, don't worry, because you're not alone. The good news is that you can overcome your lack of self-confidence and learn to love and empower yourself. Here are some tips to get you started.

Acknowledge your beauty, wisdom, and power within. One of the biggest obstacles to self-confidence is our tendency to focus on our flaws and weaknesses.

We deceive ourselves anytime we do not acknowledge our beauty, wisdom, and power. Instead of dwelling on what you perceive as shortcomings, take the time to appreciate all the amazing things about yourself. Make a list of your strengths, talents, and accomplishments, and reflect on them regularly. Recognize that you have unique qualities that make you special, and celebrate them.

Connect with Your Higher Self

We all have an inner voice that guides us, inspires us, and supports us. This voice, also known as your higher self, is the wisest part of you. To overcome your lack of self-confidence, imagine yourself as your higher self, being confident, powerful, and loving. Connect with this part of yourself through meditation, visualization, or journaling. Listen to this voice and trust its guidance.

Heal Your Emotional Wounds

Self-confidence is not just about external appearances or accomplishments. It's also about how you feel inside. If you have deep emotional wounds, such as past traumas, negative self-talk, or limiting beliefs, you need to address them. Seek the help of a therapist, coach, or spiritual practitioner to work through these issues. The lower part of yourself is not wrong. Your highest part of yourself knows the lower part of yourself. You will easily find a balance when you stop making any part of you wrong Remember, your journey is about improvement, growth, and finding self love through trial and error.

Speak Your Truth and Take Action

Self-confidence is not just about feeling good about yourself. It's also about taking action and living your truth. Hold a vision of yourself in your mind, rehearsing and speaking your truth, and then taking the actions without seeking approval from anyone. See yourself as loving, powerful, and suddenly able to make simple decisions that keep you safe and allow you to move toward your greatest passion Action dispels fear.

Do you have likely need someone in your life your "God" This is a mistake I myself made for a greater part of my life. I found myself in an endless cycle of people pleasing the only left me empty and afraid until I began to realize the people I gave power to were miss using it. They could care less if Inwas happy because they needed me to stay a scared and confused, so that their ego could continue to rule over me. I kept trying to "be better" which led to some perfectionism and hyper focusing on healing, which, in the end, armed me with power and a toolbox that was absolutely necessary for my healing. I started to allow my higher self to be my "God". I built trust within myself and slowly, but surely my happiness increased and less and less people had control over me.

In conclusion, overcoming lack of self-confidence is a journey that requires patience, self-love, and commitment. By acknowledging your beauty, wisdom, and power, connecting with your higher self, healing your emotional wounds, and taking action, you can learn to love and empower yourself. Remember that you are unique and special, and no one can take that away from you. So go out there and shine your light!

Love you 💫
